Imprint:

Setup: $35 (V) l  Re-setup: $20 (V) l  Additional running charge: $0.25 (V)

Digital Full color:
Setup: $70 (V) l  Re-setup: $50(V)

Additional running charge (Small Item): $0.375(V) l  (Medium Item): $0.625 (V) l  (Large Item): $0.75 (V)

Laser Engraving:
Setup: $35 (V) I  Re-setup: $20 (V) l   Additional running charge: $0.25 (V)

Spot Color Heat Transfer:
Setup: $50 (V) l  Re-setup fee: $40 (V) l  Additional running charge: $0.50 (V)

Full Color Heat Transfer:
Setup: $75 (V) l  Re-setup fee: $75 (V) l  Additional running charge: $2.00 (V)

PMS Color Match: $15 (V) for each color. No charge if PMS number is supplied.
Cancellations: $25.00(V) plus the cost of a billable work completed.
Copy Change: Add an additional Set-Up Charge per copy change. Each copy must meet catalog minimums.
Drop / Split Shipments: $5.00(X) per additional location. Please contact customer service for a drop ship specification sheet. Drop ship lists must be prepared according to the specific instructions show on the sheet to avoid additional charges.
Finance Charges: Finance charges not to exceed 1-1/2% per month will accrue on past due balances.
Payment: We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.$30 NSF charge for returned checks.
Personalization: Engraved items only. Set up charge is $35 (V) and running charge is $2.00 (V) per name.
Proofs: Free paperproof will be provided for approval. Pre-production sample proof is set up fee plus the product cost charged at EQP.

24 HOURS SERVICE

ORDERING:
Please submit all orders with artwork and payment information by 1:00pm(PST) or our customer service suggested time. Sales order, paper proof and other required paper work must be approved by 3:00pm(PST) or our customer service suggested time. Purchase order must indicate 24 Hours Service request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Artwork must be production ready in vector art format and submitted along with purchase order.
Necessary payment arrangement must be made before production.

SAME DAY SERVICE

ORDERING:
All orders must be placed with artwork by 9:00am(PST) or our customer service suggested time. Payment information must be submitted as well. Sales order, paper proof and other required paper work must be approved by 11:00am (PST) or our customer service suggested time. Purchase order must indicate Same Day Service request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Artwork must be production ready in vector art format and submitted along with purchase order.
Necessary payment arrangement must be made before production.
